By booking a service with Strong Cleaning Pittsburgh, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

Strong Cleaning Pittsburgh provides residential cleaning services. The scope of each service is agreed upon prior to the appointment.

2. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept the following payment methods:
   •    Cash
   •    Zelle
   •    Check

For cash or check payments, we may provide an envelope so payment can be left safely at the home.

3. Cancellations

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Therefore, we offer flexibility with cancellations and rescheduling.

We appreciate advance notice whenever possible, but we also understand that emergencies can happen on both the client’s side and our team’s side.

4. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.

If access is not possible for any reason, no fees will be charged, and the service can be rescheduled.

5. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will review and address the situation.

6. Liability

While we take great care in our work, Strong Cleaning Pittsburgh is not responsible for:
   •    Pre-existing damage
   •    Normal wear and tear
   •    Items not properly secured or installed

7. Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if the environment poses a risk to our team.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

10. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for valuable items that are not properly stored or secured.
